To set up your Starlink you’ll need to download the Starlink app and follow the instructions – we don’t offer set up assistance, all FAQs are on the Starlink website and Starlink app.

The monthly subscription to Starlink is set up via the Starlink app, you can subscribe online for a virtual address based in Australia or New Zealand for the set up process if needed.
For warranty returns you will need to return to us here in NZ at your cost.
All import charges and duties are to be paid by recipient.
